Today's AI agents are brilliant but mostly blind: they can reason, plan, and execute, but they can't see what's happening across users' work. Every app is a silo. Every database is an island. Without context, even the most advanced models struggle to act reliably or with real-world understanding. As AI takes on more responsibility, connecting intelligence to the data it depends on becomes critical for modern software.

The next wave of software won’t come from bigger models alone, but from the hard work of connecting intelligence to the data in our work and world. Airweave turns scattered information into the context AI agents need to act with clarity and work alongside people naturally. We’re building this with a focused technical team and customers including one of the world’s leading AI labs. We are building the infrastructure that defines how intelligent software interacts with the world.

Responsibility doesn’t end at your code, your task, or your team. We build infrastructure that has to work in the real world, not just in theory, and care about outcomes across the full system, including how things behave in production, where they fail, and why.

If something important needs doing, act without waiting. We don’t wait for perfect specs, permission, or consensus, whether that means fixing a bug, identifying a missing abstraction, or starting a conversation no one wants to have. We think from first principles and go deep on details, because that’s where real progress happens.

Bold Opinions, Loosely Held

Have strong views, back them with evidence, and change your mind when you’re wrong. We value clear thinking over consensus and truth over ego. Saying what you think, explaining why, and admitting uncertainty are expected. Disagreement is healthy; the best idea wins, not the loudest voice.
